The Corporation of the Township of Red Rock (the “Township”) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to complete a Swimming Area Feasibility Study with Preliminary Design Services for up to five (5) potential waterfront locations within the Township.

The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate the technical, environmental, regulatory, and community feasibility of establishing a designated public swimming area at the Red Rock waterfront. The outcome of this work will support Council decision-making and future funding applications for implementation.

The Project will be completed in two phases:

  • Phase 1 – Desktop Feasibility Study and Site Selection
  • Phase 2 – Field Investigations and 30% Preliminary Design (subject to approval and funding)

Advancement to Phase 2 is contingent upon Council approval of Phase 1 recommendations and confirmation of funding.
